>I downloaded the WestWind 2.95 evaluation program and installed it. During the installation, I designated the Windows 95 personal server as my Web server. What is that and how do I make it work?

It is called Personal Web Server (PWS), and it came with MS FrontPage or MS Visual InterDev. At one time,it was available free at the MS web site. You might try doing a search there on Personal Web Server. It turns your PC into a web server for development purposes.

Side note: If your computer is connected to a LAN/WAN, is IP enabled, and your organization is connected to the internet, your computer can be accessed just like a web server if PWS is configured (im)properly. I did this to my computer just out of curiosity, and it worked.
