I have VFP5 on a Cyrix586-120 and it has none of those problems. It runs
as fast or better than VFP3 running on an Intel 90MHz Pentium.

PowerBuilder? You mean ProblemBuilder. <g> It is notorious for the
unexplained crashes even on a good machine. If someone is pushing you
to PB, just say no! You can get all that PB offers and a whole lot more
in
Visual FoxPro 5.
