>Another possibility could be that when a person selects the mailbox to view all replies to their messages, they are provided a Remove option. Perhaps you could incorporate a checkbox labeled remove and when the user is finished browsing their replies and goes elsewhere they will no longer show up. (ie select remove, click your mailbox to refresh it, it goes away.) Just a suggestion.
Even by having a checkbox for each of them, the user will still have to confirm the form by clicking on the button which will refresh something. We can't have checkboxes and click on mailbox icon to expect a double transactions to the server in a synchronized way. However, I will rush to have the auto refresh when clicking clear instead of the confirmation message. Thanks.
