This is very strange. And you're SURE that TABLEUPDATE() is returning .T.? One think you should do is make sure that any dates aren't empty. If you have an empty date you need to replace it with NULL because Access doesn't understand blank dates. Still, if this were the problem I would expect TABLEUPDATE() to return .F.
