Right now, unless you can get cable modem access, I don't know of any high bandwidth available at resonable prices. Of course even with cable the bandwidth goes to pot if the segment your on gets overpopulated.

Yeah, I know. I had checked out cable modems and eliminated them from the running when I found out that limitation. Well, I guess all I can do is sit and wait. (and wait, and wait...)
