In this case, the planiff's attorneys didn't even have their facts straight in the original complaint. The first things that caught my eye were:
1. Microsoft did not purchase Fox Software...they merged. Legally, there is a big difference.
2. Last time I checked, Microsoft is a Delaware Corporation, not Washington.
3. The data entry arguement is silly.
I quit reading the complaint at that point.
