Well, this doesn't sound too detailed, more like a general answer given to a general question posed somewhere. In light of the discussions in these two threads, it doesn't sound like the best answer is necessarily as clear cut as this. I am wondering how the MS Rushmore gurus would answer the issues posed in these two threads in a detailed manner.
