It must establish that the file has actually been > transferred so that I can then process it I didn't try this but the retrieving and confirmation of the transport are no big deal (the Navigate method and NavigateComplete or DownlodComplete) you should be able to find the file (whose name you can get from LocationURL property) in the cache.. maybe NS allows you easier solution Arnon
