Thanks for the reply. I read (twice) and appreciated your
article prior to posting the question. I don't really
want to drag and drop the grid. I want to drag and drop cells
(their contents) on each other within the grid and cause
different things to happen based on the state of the grid or
the enviroment (other variables - which grid are they
viewing?). While the grid has drag and drop methods and
properties, it's the drag and drop methods and properties of
the cells that I have been working with. Or, are the two
vitally and essentially connected? Am I missing a connection
that is very obvious or very subtle? Thanks. Steve
