Hi, Bonnie-
PMFJI. My experience with the pre-conference seminars (I went to two) was that I didn't get much out of the seminars...esp. not compared to what I got out of the rest of the sessions. Frankly, I wish I'd spent the day visiting with people and just having casual conversations.
This is not to say anything against any of the seminar presenters or their capablilities--JMO.
>Thanks for the reply, John. What, in your opinion, would be the level of expertise (or lack of it) that this seminar is aimed at? If it's totally a beginner/intro course, that's fine as long as it's an intro to OOP itself and not an intro to the FoxPro language. I've known people who have taken a few "mail-order" courses that were intended to be at an intermediary level and ended up being so elementary as to be totally useless. I don't want to needlessly plunk down an additional $200, that's all.
