I have a local view based on one table. A key field value for that table is generated inside of DBC (a stored proc. call as a default field value). That key field is set as Key field in the view. When I insert a new record and update the view everything is working. I see a new record in the table (no surpise). But if I change something in the view in that record again and then update the view the record does not get updated in the base table. Since there is no key field in the view in that record an update does not happen. What would be a solution?
