I'm not into vfp6, but as far as faxing from FoxPro, all of my systems are Win95/Win98 and I use the MS Fax on Fax that comes with them. The Fax on Fax for Win98 is on the CD in a separate directory, file is awfax.* I believe. Using this with Outlook 98 prevents having to use the Microsoft Exchange, otherwise MS Exchange needs to be installed to handle the fax side. This seems to work best for me as there are sometimes modem difficulties with different email clients and fax clients, etc. One such problem we had was using WinFax Lite to fax and PC Anywhere to access data remotely, once PC Anywhere was ran, it would cause WinFax to not find the modem. By using Outlook 98 as email, fax, etc. and Win95/98 network for remote access, all apps are MS and seem to interface well as far as control over the modem. HTH
