Have you automated passing the recipients name and fax number as a parameter so that the input clerk does not have to input data into a dialog box? I currently use Outlook with Exchange as described in Foxtalk Advisor two years ago - and was attempting to convert to the system you are using (so as to eliminate exchange) but the project mgr from MS said it was impossible
