In 1992 i've had an excursion to a company (U-SOFT) which used a methodology which was called iteritive development which seems pretty much the same as this Extreme Programming.

I agree... most of it is not new... but, I have never been at a shop where the developer had to write Unit Test for every class and method they created, and then, after they finished coding something EVERY Unit Test in the system had to pass!!!
This is great.. cause so many times code is 'fixed' which only breaks something else.
I am considering porting the XP testing framework to VFP. (In my 'spare' time of course.)
