Hmmmm..... It doesn't seem to be much differrent from what i've been doing the past few years.

And yes I truly find this way of prototyping a much better way of development than the tradition SDM or ISAC methodologies.

I've still not read the entire article, but from what i've read in these treads this way of development isn't new or revolutionary. In 1992 i've had an excursion to a company (U-SOFT) which used a methodology which was called iteritive development which seems pretty much the same as this Extreme Programming.
