I've read several threads here regarding accessing VFP databases and free tables, but before I dive in here, I wanted to ask those using CR a couple of basic queastions regarding data access and distribution since there is a lack of info on CR and VFP from CR help.

John,
We are using CR7 in a current application. I am using the new vfpcom object to convert cursors to ADO recordsets and then using the recordset to drive the CR. This avoids the need to physically write a table to disk and works pretty cleanly.
