What to go to the HP site and look for updated drivers, but dawned on me that I would not know what they had now. How would I know if the clients have the updated drivers if I can not tell exactly (version, fixes, patches, etc) what they have now.

Yep, it is. If you do a search with the Windows Explorer, I think you'll find the find LMPCL5C.DRV in the WINDOWS\SYSTEM directoory.
