I also had the same problem with several other printers like Lexmark , Epson Stylus and HP , They just make GPF's on my client sites.

Is there a Connection ?
I Also noticed that sometimes, deleting the printer driver and reinstaling works , other times reinstaling windows CD over the current system works.

Another question , Lexmark can't make Arial Narrow (its a true type) ?
