I haven't had problems with the Epson drivers, and I haven't dealt with the LexMark printers myself.

Sounds like your clients have some system configuration issues. Replacing printer drivers with MS-supplied drivers from an MS operating system distribution has usually worked for me. There are a ton of things that can cause GPFs, not limited to printer drivers. Out-of-sync shared components or invalid system configuration entries in the registry are the things most likely to be repaired by reinstalling the operating system over the current configuration, since at a minimum, the hardware enumeration will be rebuilt from scratch, and the installer will attempt to put the original versions of shared components in place if someone did something dumb and installed an old version of a .DLL or .VxD by brute force at some point.

>Another question , Lexmark can't make Arial Narrow (its a true type) ?
