I have had problems develop in opening my word perfect address book.

When I attempt to do so I get a message that "this program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down" On asking for details I get: " WPWin7 caused an invalid page fault in module POAB7. DLL at0137;32e03406"

The message then prints a load of info about registers, bytes and stack dump.

At the same time my printer, HP laserjet 5L, will only print one page at
a time in word perfect. I get a printer paused message and have to click resume printer to get a single sheet to print and a repeat of the process. The printer prints multiple sheets of Microsoft Word, e mail and word perfect Quattro Pro with no problems.

Can anyone help me?
