Nasty Rumor? This sounds like Heaven to me. I have no aversion to smokers, but I do have an aversion to wreaking like smoke after being in a bar for 15 minutes.

I'm really surprised that Austin hasn't adopted a law like this. But if it ever comes up to vote, I'll vote twice for it.
