Looking at a map, thats about what I thought also. Again, I am hoping to get some better information.

Of course, that is absurd, because there always seems to be heavy traffic anywhere you go in South California (even on Sunday). I am from North California and am only vaguely familiar with that area, so my time estimate may not be accurate. Hopefully somebody from the other end of the state can give you a better estimate.
