Hi, gang...

This is probably one of the stranger questions I've ever posted, but does anyone out there have any experiences in dealing with managing software enhancements?

Our company has a vertical market app that is used by field sales force for many Fortune 500 companies. As is normally the case with software, the more we do, the more we're asked to do. We get flooded with requests on a weekly basis (and most requests make sense). We normally release updates to our software on a quarterly basis, but are also pressured by clients to implement enhancements in between updates (i.e. 'slip-streaming.)

We have a methodology in place for addressing and prioritizing these, and are looking to tweak it. I was curious to learn if anyone out there has had similar experiences and how they've addressed it.
