Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I think [hope] you are on to something. The problem started when they installed a new HP printer in their office. The one that is not having the problem has her own computer and does not normally print to the network printer. I hope you are right because this has been the most frustrating problem!!! In fact, the first thing we tried was updating to the most current printer driver for the new printer [HP LJ 4000]. We'll try using an older printer driver like you suggest.
