I'm in the process of downloading SP3. I am going to install new VFP6 drivers on all user workstations and change printer drivers to see if this fixes the problem(s).

Question: I couldn't find any documentation on _fpreset(). What exactly is this or where can I find more info about it?

Thanks again for your help and suggestions. We too have been reluctant to blame hardware/network people for the client's problems. All they do is point the finger right back at us.
