I'm developing a program that merges some database information with raw text files, such as invoices and statements that are intended to printed on pre-printed forms. In this case I might have 1000 invoices that were dumped into a file instead of a printer loaded with pre-printed forms. Then I'll add the fixed information such as lines, shading, logo's, etc. Based on the information stream I will need to select different "fixed data". I could do it in FoxPro, but once I've customized the form, I want my users to be able to change it themselves. So I want a basic form designer that is easy to use, but has advanced features like "if" statements and memory variables. Currently I'm interfacing with a dos product PageGarden by Dan Bricklin written in the 80's, which works great, but it looks like hell when I call it from VFP and does not allow my users to print to windows defined printers.
Thanks! Marvin
