any API call can Dis-Capture Network Printer?

In our network, the novell login script default all user
to use the first network printer as LPT1.

but for some users, it has its own local printer and need to
discapture the LPT1 default network printer!

Since it is hard to maintain if we change all users login script to
avoid this case, it will easy to handle if disable for certain PC with local printer!

it is also unreasonable as some application only print at
LPT1 if we simply remark the capture line in novell login script!

So, is there any method to discapture and re-capture it in LPT3
for some PC!?
