>What about stuff like native/better support for OLE-DB/ADO/SML?
We got a lot better support for ADO with SP3. See my most recent post in the VFP/Access thread.
>What about a View Designer that works?
Try mine. It works.
>Better native tools to support a physical n-Tier application? Granted, I know it is still early, and they may not have had alot to show you, but if all they are adding is Editor Enahncements...
I'm sure there will be a lot more than just editor enhancements. They showed off a lot new VFP environment enhancements as well, and it really is still very early in the game. The team has been really busy with SP3 (it is really a great addition).

>Any idea when this would be out? I assume with Visual Studio 7.0?
Count on it. We won't see anything within a year.
>How hard will it be to move an app from 6.0 to 7.0?
Can't say- was it hard moving from 5.0 to 6.0? :-)
>How about the ability to create subclasses of ALL classed in a VCX?
I doubt it. It looks like there are some technical reasons that these classes are not visually designable. Calvin Hsia mentioned that the reason for some of this is that the classes are so lightweight, that storing them is a vcx would be detrimental.
