I agree with you 100%. That's what the government told us when they introduced the GST that many retailers will include the taxes in their prices. Now we now that they are in great minorities. Which is more catchy for a retailer, selling price of $99.99 or $115.02 (with taxes)?

They already do it with gas (52.5 cents/litre contains GST). I believe they do this in England with their VAT.
