PMFJI here but I just noticed that I'm having the same or similar problem on a brand new Dell Dimension PII-450 128K 8M Video. It "streaks" not so much when dragging things, but when shift-arrow moving them, it does it bad - seems to streak around the vertical and horizontal lines of the object being moved. I did not have this problem on previous Dell Inspiron notebook I used for over a year.

I am also having other inconsistent and minor display problems too - such as a tiled bitmap getting funky on me (a form bitmap) after working for awhile. That goes away on restart of VFP most of the time.

One possible factor - I'm set at 1280 x 1024 resolution (for first time ever) with this new machine. I haven't tested at lower res.

Please let me know if you get a solution.
