I appreciate the offer (or was your message really meant for Emiliani?), but I have written (several) utilities for myself to do this, and always just end up doing it manually. Since this is something I rarely have a need for (already having a framework established) the time in between needs for this is always long enough to make me forget I have a utility...

What would be cool though (and I doubt is practically possible) is a builder type tool for this that would work on a live (design time live) form- allow you to select a single control on a form, and change it's class. Just wishing here. Anybody that could figure out how to wrench exclusive scx access from the form builder and modify values in it is a better man (or woman) than I.
