>Flight was supposed to leave at 1:52 pm from Palm Springs to Chicago. It was canceled just after I sat down in the waiting area, 40 minutes before we were to take off. My daughters, who I brought with me to Palm Springs, had just left to walk around, leaving me with all their carry on luggage, purses and cameras. Of course, not knowing what happens when they cancel your flight, I see a bunch of people get up and run out of the room. I'm thinking - oh great, I can only guess where they are going.
