Yes & No. Some of the routines are so generic that you can most certainly make use of them again. Things such as an Employee form, Login Form, Reindex/Pack, ... I have used this same code on a couple of projects. Of course, none of my primary data entry forms or reports from previous projects have been reusable to date. Most programmers will borrow concepts and code from others or some of their previous developed routines. I have found this to be a standard practice. Don't re-invent the wheel as my project manager says. Well, thanks for your input...
