my system is post on LAN ( Novell 4.2 )

my office user will have right to run/read/write the program and data file....

A. the user can run VFP then 'use' the data file from that path of data. so everyone can read it beside my program. how can i protect my data file ???

B. how can i controll the data MUST be read/write form my system ??
