I've posted my question because we've sent an application which uses this control to a client in Italy and he, after a smooth installation got an error message "OLE error code 0x80040154: Class not registered. OLE object is being ignored. Record number 24". I've opened the .scx as table and record number 24 is DateTimePicker control. I thought, that it's because it needs its localized DLL.
