ARGGG! I've got a form. I've got a sub-form that asks for information to search a particular record that is then displayed in the main form after the sub form closes. The sub form is launched from a button on the main form. This button has click method that simply says DO frmSubForm.

So far so good....the form launches, I put in my stuff, I close the form, and control (focus) returns to the main form, HOWEVER.

1. The sub form appears up BEHIND the main form, and there is nothing which appears to coax it out in front. I tried combinations of AlwaysOnBottom for the main form and AlwaysOnTop for the subform, which you'd *think* would logically ensure that the subform would always appear on the top.

2. I also tried making the sub form modal, (which it should be)....which would make me think that it retains focus and therefore is on top in the Z order of the forms

Any ideas?

TIA.
