Yes, my problem deals with nested virtual roots...

If I keep my dir structure like this:
- inetpub
- app1 (where each app is a virtual dir)
- app2
- app3
Then I lose the session vars.


However, if I change my dir structure to be like:
- inetpub
- webapps (where this is my only virtual dir)
- app1
- app2
- app3
Then I have no problems...

Unfortunately, the problem I see with removing the application settings is I lose the ability to fire the debugger for both scripting sides.

Unless I missed something....
