In terms of sending screen prints embedded in work documents -- yes if I wanted screen prints that would be no problem. There is no screen print in the world that is as clear as a "real print" of the document. I don't know how to convey this. All right, just about everyone here uses some sort of word processor and spreadsheet. How much functionality would you lose if your favorite word processor or spread sheet had no print function; you had to embed screen prints in a third party document in order to get print outs of your Word or Excel document. I'll bet you would not only not like the extra effort, but would not be thrilled with the print quality either.

For that matter, if you have ever written a report that is essentially a form layout similar to that on the screen instead of telling your user to do a print screen and paste it into a word document then you know why I want better quality than a print screen can provide.
