I would like to know a full sample of a 3 tier app wich I can use to get to know how these kind of apps look like and how do them behave inside.

Last week I tried to build something, but after spending a whole day I found myself writing code for the next, prior, navigational buttons, and I felt I was miles (days) away from finishing a simple form to maintain a table with only 2 fields.

I gave up and went back to data bounding.

Is there any address or material I can use to review an implementation from the real world? (not just isolated samples).
