Joel,

I moved from a novell 3.12 server to a Windows NT server and had huge problems with data corruption and blown indexes and file read errors. We moved back to novell 3.12 and it was ok. Several people have told me dos fox and nt don't get along. I am sure you must have done whatever you are going to do by now anyway. could you let me know how it went? I think the problems may only come into play when you have 30-40 users as we do using the app.
