ed...i went to my view1 and i looked up the customer that has the 2 411 callss
he really ha 5 calls 2 411 and 3 long distance 0115888888 and so forth,.,..well i think that ther eis something wrong when the proram looks at calls that start with a 0 for long distance....
because mos oth the customers make all long distance...

>>i found another problem..
>>looking at the database calls made to local area toll like
>>954,564,305,do not have a one in front.....
>>so how can i put another do like if dialednr is 7 characters long
>>take only the the number one plus the first three digist of the call...
>>or better yet i aded another three records to the rates table with 305,954,561..and that solved it..
>>but still my calls do not show up in my grid, the show up once i get to that page but the desapear..

Again, the DO CASE...ENDCASE is forcing things not to be looked up if they don't meet your set of acceptable prefix criteria; simply adding records isn't going to work if you don't allow for the number to be picked up in lcSeekValue in the DO CASE...ENDCASE.
