>Let me know what you are calling the last cell not empty. If this is a new workshhet that has not been touched by human hands there will be no confusion. If a user has been able to enter data, then there will ahve to be a validity check. Cells may appear to empty, but an invisible entry can exist.

Record a macro in Excel and copy it into VFP. It only takes a little tweaking.
