> If I resize the grid on the form background so it shows at least 1 row this problem goes away. Question: How can something be a Foxpro error on 1 machine and run perfectly on another? This seems to open up a black hole. I would like someone to tell me what is going on and how I can protect myself from arbitrary errors of this type.
Arbitrary errors are - arbitrary. Pray?
But I think there's a neat workaround for this: instead of resizing the grid, move it. Say ThisForm.Grid.Left=-2*thisform.width
When you need to show the grid, just set its .left to designed value.
