PRB: FoxPro ODBC Driver Replaced by Visual FoxPro ODBC Driver

The important point is that installing Service Pack 3 including the required Data Access Pack 2.1 will disable any ODBC drivers that opened FoxPro 2.6 file structures. If you have any exiting Word mailmerge documents or templates that use the old driver - they will no longer work. You will be unable to use these documents. I suspect that Office 2000 may also install these new ODBC drivers and disable the existing merge documents on my users systems. I have not found a way to remove to uninstall the Data Access Pack once installed.
