A Fatal Exception 0D has occurred at: 002A:C005ADDF in VXDVMCPD(01)+0000034F

I never received anything I would recognize as a C5 error which has been discussed as something that the SP3 helps with. I currently have a remote client that cannot do anything with a new computer and new VFP6 install because it crashes with above error over and over with no productivity time between.

He has lots of wierd software that might involve the vxd in the error message like COMPUSERVE, SYQUEST BACKUP, DOS PROGRAMS, REMOTE CONTROL, ETC. installed on Windows 98. He got the new computer because the old one was having this same problem.

The reason I am asking about the C5 error is to consider whether the SP3 will help him.
