It's a GPF. Basically, the application has attempted to access an area of memory that it shouldn't. This error is often difficult to track down because you don't really get any information that helps you. But, maybe with a bit of detective work, we can point you in the right direction. You get the VFP DLL error because that is what is really running your application. Deleting and reinstalling the DLL *might* help.
Does the error happen in the same place in the program each time? Are you using any ActiveX controls?
