I wasn't involved in that thread, but have since posed some questions to you there, mainly wanted to know what the problem with security is, since I haven't heard about that problem before.

This error indicates that something is trying to SET CLASSLIB to a class library with the same name but different directory that's already open. However, the thing that's weird here is the object name: DBCXSDT. The object name should be DBCXMGR. Is is possible that the name is SDTDBCXMGR? If so, then that suggests a setup problem. SDTDBCXMgr is a specialized subclass of DBCXMgr that's only used in the SDT Database Explorer, and shouldn't be used anywhere else.

It wasn't clear from your message where you're getting this error? Is it when you run a VFE application, go into the VFE DBCX Explorer, the SDT Database Explorer, or where?

Lots of folks use SDT and VFE successfully together, so I'm sure we can get things going for you.
