Hi Doug
>We've used it in a client's application to track who made what changes to what data (basically, to see who was screwing up some budget information [g]). It's really easy to implement -- it includes a wizard that creates stored procedures for update, insert, and delete triggers in the tables you want to audit. All changes are logged to a table that includes things like the table name, key value, fields changed (field name, original value, new value), user name, datetime, etc. It's a great tool!
Thanks! I looked through the SDT manual 2 or 3 times thinking it had something itself that did this sort of thing. But just as long as thier compatible (SDT and FoxAudit) and if you recommend, well, 'nuff said. I think I'll download a demo or sample if I can find one tonight.
