I have used FoxFire and just recently purchased a Stonefield Reports license. Foxfire is quite powerful and, while the initial setup for each DB is quite intense, the setup is fairly easy. SF Reports is just coming out and I have not had too much chance working with it yet. Both interface for the end user are easy to use and that is my primary requirement.
