Thanks for your prompt response to my query. To some extent my background reflects your own. I've been working extensively with Fox(DOS) since the DBase days and micros since 1978. My verticals are in the area of Waste Managemenr, Pest Control, Food Distribution. All are in FPD2.6. Like yourself I started Jaro as a part-time business and have been running it full time since 1990. We have 3 programmer/ support people.

I have taken your advice, regarding Foxfire and purchased the developers edition. We will start working with it as soon as it arrives. Our objective is to determine its compatibility with the approaches we have used in developing and maintaining our FPD26 code.

You mentioned Stonefield. Can you tell me what prompted you to look at it?
